7/7/2017:  United States v. Roy, 9:30am at United States District Court, 75 Ted Turner Drive, Atlanta, Georgia 30303 - There will be a sentencing hearing before the Honorable Leigh Martin May on the 21st floor of the courthouse.  You will need a Government issued identification card to get into the building.  It would be advisable to not bring your phone unless you want to check it.  Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the hearing.  The defendant will be represented by Nicole Kaplan of the Federal Defender Program.  The hearing should last no more than one hour.  (Please note that Tasha will not be there due to a doctor's appointment, but you are welcome to attend as long as you get supervisor approval and email Tasha in advance.)

 

7/5/2017-7/7/2017:  Also this week there is a jury trial taking place before the Honorable Thomas Thrash on the 21st floor of the same federal courthouse.  The defendant is represented by Colin Garrett of the Federal Defender Program.
